At Absolute Nuts, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, as our products are perishable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Eligibility for Exchange
Products are eligible for exchange only if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product delivered is incorrect (not the one ordered).
We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, or if the product has already been opened/used.
Timeframe for Exchange Requests
Customers must raise an exchange request within 1 day of receiving the product. After this period, no exchange can be processed.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be supported with clear images or videos showing the defect/damage.
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
Exchange Process
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at globalsales@theabsolutenuts.in within 1 day of delivery.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, photos/videos of the damaged or defective product, and the reason for the request.
- Approval: Once verified, our team will authorize the exchange and arrange for replacement.
Resolution
- For eligible cases, a replacement product will be shipped to you.
- If replacement is not possible, we will issue a discount coupon of equal value for use on future purchases.
Governing Law
The laws of India govern this Return & Refund Policy. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
Modifications
Absolute Nuts reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on our official website.
